Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NS Furniture. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. It applies alongside your statutory consumer rights.

14-day right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the EU right of withdrawal. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send instructions.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please keep all protective materials until you are sure you are keeping your order. Made-to-order and custom (OEM) items are produced to your specification and are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because furniture is bulky, we will help you arrange suitable carriage. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the cost of return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Original outbound shipping charges may be non-refundable except where the item was faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos (see our Shipping & Delivery page) and we will arrange a repair, replacement part, replacement or refund.
