NS Furniture partners with retailers, interior designers and distributors across Europe and beyond. As a furniture maker with our own factory, we offer trade pricing, flexible order quantities and full OEM/ODM production, all backed by direct-from-source manufacturing.

Trade pricing & order quantities

Registered trade partners receive tiered wholesale pricing that improves with volume. MOQ starts from 20 units per SKU, and mixed containers are welcome, so you can combine sofas, chairs and tables to fill a container efficiently. Ask us for the current wholesale price list and container-loading plans.

OEM & ODM

We produce to your specification: custom fabrics and colours, bespoke dimensions, tailored foam densities and private-label branding. Whether you supply finished drawings or a reference photo, our team can develop samples and prepare your collection for production. Certifications available on request.

Samples & swatches

Order fabric swatches and product samples before you commit. Sample costs are typically credited against your first bulk order. This lets you check colour, hand-feel and build quality first-hand.

Lead times

Most orders are made to order with a production window of 45–60 days, plus sea-freight transit to your destination port. We will confirm exact timelines when we quote your order.
